Beautiful day in every sense: finally spring, a walk in the Tortona area and the prospect of tasting organic and natural wines from 80 producers.


The atmosphere is cheerful and slowly the room is filled with curious, expert and holy drinkers with a glass in their hand. 

Natural wines contain the scents of the territory and represent it, the proximity to nature, the obsessive care of the product and the work on the vineyard are the essence to find the "perfect" grape and you get to fermentation everyone has their own philosophy, steel or wood explained with an impetus between passion and alchemy, did you know that the avant-garde is aging in amphora? The goal is to create the magic of taste and we have experienced several.

The Rugra 'farm has regenerated the Nibio - Dolcetto dal peduncolo rosso grape from the Alto Monferrato, a wine with a harmonious character that develops fruit and forest flavors and envelops the palate. I imagine him as the protagonist of an important dinner where he can enhance all the traditional Piedmontese dishes. Let's continue with another Rosso del Monferrato, the Ruche 'of "La Cascinetta" with a young and gentle flavor compared to the standard.
